Palatoplasty
Surgery in which the elongated soft palate is folded to the correct length, instead of cutting it completely. It does not press on the laryngeal area and allows the patient to close their mouth when eating and drinking naturally, without the risk of choking.
Rhinoplasty
Having narrow nostrils can complicate breathing, so in this surgery a section of nasal cartilage is removed to give more space for air flow

Tracheal resection and anastomosis
Removal and union of the remaining segments of the trachea. This technique is used in some tracheal tumors, such as stenosis or trauma.
Sacculectomy
Anal sacculectomy is performed to remove anal sacs with infections or chronic impaction and in case of sac fistulas or tumors
